Phylogenetic Analysis and Extracellular Enzyme Profiles of Yeast Strains Isolated from Raspberry Fruits

Raspberry fruit contains phenolic compounds, flavones, flavonoids, vitamins, and antioxidant substances that are important properties for health pharmacological sciences. Edible berries provide also a suitable habitat the growth of various microorganisms. In this study, yeast biota associated with raspberry fruits was determined by molecular identification techniques. were collected from Çanakkale, Gelibolu (Gallipoli). Yeast strains isolated then identified using analysis ITS1-5.8S-ITS2 rDNA gene sequences. The phylo-genetic all carried out MEGA–X phylogenetic tool. extracel-lular enzyme profiles species API-ZYM kit system. distribution on as Hanseniaspora uvarum, Metschnikowia viticola, Aureo-basidium pullulans, pulcherrima. It observed belong to genus dominant fruits. All in showed different pro-files against seven extracellular enzymes. These enzymes may be discriminatory genus. When relationships among investigated, divided into two main clades. While first clade consists only genus, second includes H. uvarum A. pullulans species. Our results indicated restriction patterns could utilized differentiation within M. pulcherrima, can used industrial applications future researches.
